Arctic Frontiers Young Ambassadors

The Young Ambassadors of Arctic Frontiers 2019 with mentor Vilde Bunkholt (centre)

Arctic Frontiers invites a selected group of Norwegian and international students to participate at the Arctic Frontiers conference, representing the young participants with a special interest in Arctic issues. The Young Ambassadors are part of a program granting free access to the conference and will communicate their personal experience from the plenary sessions, side events, and the variety of workshops and panel discussions taking place during the conference week. The highlights from the conference are published below as the Arctic Frontiers Student Blog.

By reaching out to other young participants, Arctic Frontiers wants to emphasize the importance of young actors taking part in the public debate on issues in the Arctic. The project is part of the year-round work to include young people in and outside the Arctic in the knowledge-based and sustainable development of the region.
