Stephanie Pezard

Senior Political Scientist, RAND Corporation

Dr. Stephanie Pezard is a Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation in Washington D.C., where her research focuses on transatlantic relations; European and Arctic security; security cooperation and security force assistance; conflict and nation-building. Before joining RAND, she was a Researcher with the Small Arms Survey, a Geneva-based think tank that conducts research on small arms and armed violence. She holds an MA in Contemporary History from the French Institute of Political Science (Sciences-Po) in Paris and a Ph.D. in International Relations (Political Science) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
