Member of Finnish Parliament and Chair of the Finnish Delegation of Parliamentarians of the Arctic Region
Katri Kulmuni is a first-term MP in the Finnish Parliament, and since June 2016 she is deputy chairman of the Finnish Centre Party. Ms. Kulmuni holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in International Relations from the University of Lapland, and she has also studied in St. Petersburg. In the Parliament, Ms. Kulmuni is member of two committees: Grand Committee and Commerce Committee, and deputy member of Foreign Affairs Committee. She is the current Chair of the Finnish Delegation to the Conference of Parliamentarians of the Arctic Region, and a member of Finnish Delegation to the Nordic Council. Outside the Parliament, Ms. Kulmuni currently chairs the Finland-Russia Society and Pohjola-Norden, a civil society organization for Nordic cooperation.
