Richard Hann (Norway)

Richard Hann has a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart. He is an expert for computational fluid dynamics in the field of icing. Richard has been working in cold climate wind energy since 2012, together with industry and research partners. In 2016, Richard started his PhD on the topic of icing on unmanned aerial vehicles at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Richard has been living, learning and teaching on Svalbard regularly since 2012 and been involved in a wide range of science fields such as glaciology, meteorology, toxicology and sustainability.
