The Emerging Leaders Alumni Network
Through over a decade of cohorts, the Emerging Leaders Alumni Network has grown into a group of over 300 professionals spanning the Arctic and beyond. Their expertise is reintegrated into Arctic Frontiers to continue to support youth and the Arctic.
The journey from potential to power
The Emerging Leaders program brings together a diverse group of young professionals from different countries, cultures, and sectors. Every year, the group is based around a theme related to the annual Arctic Frontiers conference. In 2025, the theme was ‘A Healthy Arctic’ and in 2024 it was “Coexistence in the Arctic”. The pillar of the program is the exchange of thoughts and expertise amongst the participants. The group is joined by 4-5 mentors and empowered by their peers to challenge themselves, learn, and grow.
